Vegan Pancakes




We have been recipe testing to make our Paleo Hero Pancake Mix vegan friendly and we have come up with a few options for you!

Cooking Instructions

Things you need

1 mashed banana (approx 1/2 cup)

1 tbs chia seeds + 6 tbs water
150ml Almond Milk
1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Step 1.
In a cup mix together the chia seeds & water and allow to stand for 5 minutes.  In a large bowl whisk together mashed banana, 
almond milk and coconut oil. Add in the chia mix and mix well to combine. 

Step 2.
Add the dry pancake mix into the wet ingredients and mix well to combine. 

Step 3.
Preheat a large non stick frypan on a 
low heat then add a small amount of coconut oil.

Step 4.
Spoon mixture into the pan at desired size 
and leave for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook for a further minute then remove from pan.

Step 5.
Top with your favourite healthy toppings 
and serve.

Makes approx 8 pancakes
