Choc Dip Granola Covered Strawberries
- Fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Paleo Hero Primal Granola
- Optional: sweetener such as maple or stevia
Melt coconut oil and stir through cacao powder (and sweetener if using it). Dip strawberries into chocolate mixture and place on baking paper in the freezer for 5 minutes. Remove strawberries from the freezer and dip in the chocolate mixture again, and then roll in toasted granola. Put back in freezer for 5 minutes to set.
